Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is providing an incredible learning opportunity for meeting planners.   The organization’s monthly luncheon will focus on turning a concept… into a reality. 

Experts will teach planners how to work with production crews to create visual events, and stay within budget.   They will explain audio-visual techniques that can be implemented into shows of all sizes.

Planners will leave the luncheon armed with a checklist of questions to ask, contacts to call for answers, and sample budgets.

There will also be opportunity for networking with planners, suppliers, and industry leaders.
