MPI-GOA (Greater Orlando Area Chapter of Meeting Professionals International) offers meeting and event professionals throughout Central Florida the opportunity to network with other leading experts in the hospitality and convention services industries through monthly meetings, special events, and fundraisers. Planner and Supplier members and guests receive top-notch education relevant to the industry, valuable networking, the chance to become leaders in the industry, and to develop both professional and social relationships. As one of four Florida chapters, membership benefits also include the Florida statewide joint magazine, Florida Connects, the E-Communicator newsletter, as well as updated industry information posted on the chapter website.

To become a member of MPI-GOA, one must first join the MPI-International Association (www.mpiweb.org). Once your membership has been approved, you are then assigned to the chapter of your choice or the one closest to your identified zip code. Annual dues are paid to MPI and no local chapter dues are expected except for the cost of attended events.

MPI spans North and South America, Mexico, Europe and Asia, with more than 20,000 members in 68 countries making up the diverse MPI community.
